Everything lives on the ticket

Status, priority, assignee, due date, comments, attachments, and an activity log — scoped to a project inside your organization. Custom sections on the board, not a fixed three-column template.

Projects, not one giant queue

Every ticket belongs to a project. Switch between them without leaving the org, and keep General as the default for work that has nowhere else to go.

Live, org-scoped events

Created, assigned, commented, status-changed, merged — the board updates over a WebSocket so two people aren’t fighting a stale column.

Duplicates fold in, they don’t pile up

Matching titles surface as duplicates. Merge moves comments and attachments onto the keeper and leaves a merged trail behind.

SLA, CSAT, and analytics

Response and resolution targets per priority, a one-shot survey when a ticket closes, and throughput / resolution / backlog charts for staff.

Templates, filters, API keys

Pre-fill common request types, save the views you live in, and connect tools with a one-time key or the extension pairing flow.

Roles you can actually name

Built-in admin, agent, and requester — plus custom roles from a permission catalog. Audit log records who did what, exportable as CSV.

Chrome extension

Snip the page, file the ticket

DeskTickets Capture records only when you start it. Pick a project, hit Record, then snip a region with the on-page widget or Ctrl+Shift+U. Each send becomes its own ticket, with the tab URL, title, and viewport attached as context. Nothing is captured in the background.

Share the board, not a login form

Staff can mint a public board link. Guests pick a display name, get a color-and-initials avatar, and work under permissions you set: spectator, create tickets, or edit cards. Internal notes stay hidden. Revoke the link and the board goes dark.

  1. 1

    Create the org

Register with an organization name. New name creates it; an existing name joins that workspace.

  2. 2

File work where you see it

Add a ticket on the board, from the list, by pasting an image, or from the Chrome snip overlay.

  3. 3

Invite people or share a link

Teammates get accounts and roles. Outside collaborators get a guest session on a shareable board.

Stand up a workspace in a minute

Register with your name and an organization. You get a General project, a board, and roles you can tighten later — admin, agent, requester, or a custom permission set.
